Creative Event Rentals is a locally operated event-rental business based at 1701 Whittle Springs Road, Knoxville, TN 37917. This policy applies to the Creative Event Rentals website and the first-party website features described below.

Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, build a rental list, request a quote, or submit information through the website, you may provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, event details, requested rental items, notes, and other information needed to understand and plan your event.

Rental-list and quote-request information is handled through Goodshuffle Pro, which remains our rental inventory, project, and quote-request system of record.

Customer event photos

If you voluntarily submit a photo share link, you may provide event photos together with your name, email address, event date, venue, caption or story, and an affirmative permission statement covering the submitted media. We store your share link, submission details, permission choices and consent version for staff review. Your source files remain with the share-link provider unless staff selects and copies an approved image. Nothing is published automatically.

If a submission is approved for publication, selected photos and related event information may be copied into the public event gallery in accordance with the permission recorded with that submission. A Google review or photo posted to Google is not treated by us as automatic permission to republish that content on our own website or marketing channels.

Photo sharing is not required to rent. Please do not send sensitive information in photos or captions. Obtain the photographer's permission and appropriate permission for recognizable people, including a parent or guardian for children. Contact us to stop future marketing use or remove copies we control; already distributed printed material and third-party copies may not be retrievable.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

We may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related Google advertising measurement tools to understand website usage, evaluate marketing performance, and measure actions such as page views, rental-item interactions, rental-list activity, and quote-request events. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies according to their own policies and settings.

Website hosting and administration

The replacement website is hosted on Vercel. First-party website administration and selected website settings are handled through Supabase. Those providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, authentication information, and application logs as needed to provide, secure, and operate their services.

How we use information

We may use information collected through the website to:

respond to questions and quote requests;
plan, schedule, deliver, set up, and retrieve rental equipment;
communicate about an event or rental project;
operate and improve the website and rental-catalog experience;
measure website and advertising performance;
prevent abuse, spam, fraud, or security incidents;
review and, when permission allows, publish customer event photos; and
maintain business records connected with rentals and customer service.

How information may be shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, analytics, communications, rental-management, storage, hosting, or business operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate misuse, comply with applicable legal obligations, or complete a business transaction involving the company or its assets.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the rental project, customer service, accounting or business records, security, legal obligations, or the purpose for which the information was collected. Photo submissions that are not approved for publication may be removed from the private submission system after review according to our operating practices. Consent and transaction records may be retained to document permissions, resolve disputes or meet recordkeeping obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the systems and information under our control. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for people planning or managing events and is not designed as a service directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through the customer-photo workflow unless you have appropriate authority to do so.

Your choices and questions

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies or local storage may affect the rental list and sign-in. Google provides analytics and advertising privacy controls under its own policies. We do not claim that changing browser settings deletes existing business records or opts you out of every third-party service.

You may contact us to ask questions about information you provided, customer photo permissions, or this privacy policy. Depending on the request and our legal or business recordkeeping obligations, we may be able to correct, update, or remove information under our control.
